Understanding
Checking for understanding adalah ungkapan atau ekspresi yang digunakan untuk menanyakan pemahaman seseorang atau lawan bicara kita mengenai apa yang kita sampaikan kepadanya. Dan respon yang diberikan bias positif (paham) atau negative (tidak paham)

5. Expressing Lack
of Understanding
Expressing lack of understanding adalah suatu ungkapan yang digunakan ketika seseorang tidak bisa mengerti/tidak paham apa yang dimaksud. Dan jika tidak mengerti apa yang dikatakan, maka kita harus mengekspresikan itu dengan jujur.
